We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, slight variations in color, design, or features may occur due to manufacturer updates or display settings.
6. What if a product I ordered is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you and ship it as soon as it becomes available. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships.
7. What types of products do you sell?
We specialize in tactical and outdoor gear for activities like hiking, survival, hunting, and law enforcement. It’s your responsibility to ensure all items comply with your local, state, and federal laws.
8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for:
- Defective items due to manufacturing or workmanship issues.
- Incorrect items shipped due to fulfillment errors.
Return conditions:
- Must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Unwanted items may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Some items (e.g., Safetygear, consumables, and clearance items) may be non-returnable.

9. What are your ordering policies?
How It Works
- You place a pre-order. No payment is required at this time. You will receive confirmation that we received your pre-order.
- We’ll contact our supplier to determine the exact shipping cost.
- You’ll receive asecond email with an invoice showing shipping, taxes (if applicable), and your total cost.
- Once you approve and pay the invoice by clicking the link provided in the second email, we’ll process your order for shipment.
10. What are your shipping policies?
Shipping costs are determined by the product’s weight and/or dimensions and destination. Products are shipped directly from our supplier(s).
Carriers: Typically USPS and FedEx, though other carriers may be used.
Delivery time: Up to 10 business days for standard ground delivery (varies by supplier and destination). Delays caused by weather, carriers, or suppliers are outside our control. Estimated delivery times will be provided in your final invoice before payment.
When possible, please provide an actual street mailing address (P.O. boxes may cause delays).
International shipping: Not currently available.
11. Do you use third-party suppliers?
Yes. Products are shipped directly from our vetted third-party suppliers to help keep prices low and inventory fresh. However, we’re not liable for issues beyond our direct control, such as shipping delays or product defects from suppliers.
12. What happens if there’s a pricing error?
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. If your payment has already been processed, we’ll issue a full refund for the incorrect amount.
13. Are products covered under warranty?
We don’t manufacture the products we sell. Any warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer or supplier.
Warranties do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care.
- Sun damage or material fading over time.
Clothing must be unwashed and unworn to qualify for warranty coverage.
