As such, items may be shipped to you directly from our domestic suppliers.

Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Product Availability and Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product details, specs, and photos. However, slight variations in color, design, or features may occur due to manufacturer changes or display settings. 

If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Product Use Disclaimer

Our gear is designed for tactical and recreational use, and may include equipment suitable for hiking, survival, hunting, law enforcement, and other outdoor sports. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure legal compliance with local, state, or federal laws regarding the use or possession of tactical equipment (e.g., knives, body armor, or other restricted gear).

Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is aligned with the policies of our third-party suppliers. We accept returns only under the following conditions:

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship.

Fulfillment mistakes that may be made, which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you, will also be accepted for return.

Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Certain products, such as safety gear, consumables, or clearance items, may be non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

No returns will be accepted without authorization. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required.  

The return of overstock or unwanted items are subject to a 30% restocking fee with freight prepaid.

To request a return, contact us at mypeakpursuits@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number for you to include with your return.  

Shipping, Handling, and Delivery

No international shipments are currently available. You must provide a street address for shipping. Using a P.O. box may result in a delay. Shipping costs are determined by the product’s weight and/or dimensions and destination. Products are shipped directly from our supplier(s). Carrier is typically through USPS or FedEx, but may include other carriers. Estimated shipping and delivery times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on the availability of the product, supplier location, carrier, and your shipping destination. We do not guarantee delivery dates. Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or supplier backlog are outside our control. We partner with our supplier(s) to ship products directly to our customers – this helps us to speed up product delivery and keep prices low.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Peak Pursuits, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Peak Pursuits, LLC shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Peak Pursuits, LLC will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Warranties & Liability

We do not manufacture the products we sell. Warranties, if any, are offered directly by the product manufacturer or supplier.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, sun damage or the natural breakdown of colors and material over time. Clothing items must be in un-worn, un-washed condition to be eligible for warranty coverage.

Peak Pursuits, LLC shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use or modification of any product.

Gear sold for tactical or survival use must be used responsibly and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
